| Open Position: Landscape Architect | Key Responsibilities: Design & Documentation: —Develop innovative landscape designs and produce accurate, detailed construction documents for high-end residential projects. —Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, and support staff to ensure project success. —Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and presentations, communicating design intent and project progress. —Quality Assurance: Review project drawings for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to firm standards. —Software Proficiency: Utilize a variety of design and documentation tools, including hand graphics, Land F/X, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Lumion, and Microsoft Office. —Project Management Support: Assist in maintaining project schedules and budgets, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. | Required Skills & Qualifications: —Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture. Experience: 2+ years of professional experience —Design & Technical Skills: Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and experience in producing construction documents. Proficiency in hand graphics and digital tools (Land F/X, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Lumion, Microsoft Office). —Software: Knowledge of Builder Trend is a plus. —Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team player. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. —Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. | Compensation & Benefits: —Salary: Commiserate with experience —Vacation: Three weeks paid vacation. —PTO: Five days of personal time off. —Sick Leave: Five days of paid sick leave. —Health Insurance: Provided to the employee. —Retirement: 401K with company match of 25% of employee contributions, up to the maximum annual contribution limit. | Work Environment: All staff are required to produce drawings; no one is exempt from creating, designing, and drafting.
