In collaboration with award-winning architect Larry Boerder, we created this magnificent European-style Tudor residence, which is now recognized as a true landmark of landscape architecture in Dallas.
Situated on six acres along Inwood Road, this estate is unmistakable, known to all who pass by as a defining feature of the city’s architectural landscape. Our team was entrusted with designing every exterior detail, including the perimeter fencing, gates, paving, swimming pools, and an extensive array of fire features extending from the front to the back of the property.
As you approach this breathtaking estate, the first thing that catches your eye in the foreground of the grand home is a stunning hand-carved European fountain surrounded by mesmerizing fire features. Together, these features create a dramatic and unforgettable entrance.
Entering this estate feels like arriving at a castle on a hill. The swimming pool and deck feature an intricate hand-laid mosaic pattern, a replica of historic designs found in Venice, Italy. These exquisite details extend into the pool and deck, creating an immersive experience.
