Tropical Modern Landscape Design

This Dallas home was reimagined by Lloyd Lumpkin Architects, and had a significant remodel led by Bella Custom Homes with Tony Visconti and Stacy Brotemarkle. They played an instrumental role in transforming this home into a stunning hacienda estate with a tropical modern landscape. Every detail—inside and out—was carefully curated to evoke the ambiance of a luxurious Punta Mita resort. Expansive, elegant, and immersive, the home was designed to transport you far from Dallas to a refined retreat.

As the Landscape Architect, we were to extend this vision outdoors, ensuring the same sense of luxury and escape carried through the exterior spaces. From the moment guests arrive at the tiered front fountain, they are welcomed by a resort-style entry that signals a distinctly different experience. The cobblestone driveway, intricate paving patterns, and lush, arid tropical modern landscaping set the tone for a tranquil yet dramatic environment.
